At it's simplest level, our muscle tissue is made of protein and every time we take part in strenuous exercise, micro damage is caused to the muscle tissue. To aid the repair of muscle tissue, protein is required, however many people do not intake the required amount to aid the training. It is estimated that those involved in intense exercise may require between 1.5g -2g of protein per kilo of body weight. Eating this amount of protein on a daily basis can be difficult and this is where protein supplements play a part. Instant Whey Pro can be used by anyone looking to improve their recovery training or anyone looking to increase their daily protein intake.

Directions

Mix 25g (approximately two level 25ml measures ) with 175-225ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. Consume 2-3 servings daily.
